All listings remain active for 62 days. At 60 days, you'll receive an email reminder to either renew your listing or allow it to expire. After 62 days, if not renewed, your listing and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Pricing is based on your item's selling price:

• £25 and under: FREE (5 pictures)
• £25-£100: £0.30 (10 pictures)
• £100-£1,000: £0.60 (15 pictures)
• £1,000-£10,000: £1.20 (20 pictures)
• £10,000-£50,000: £2.40 (30 pictures)
• Over £50,000: £4.80 (50 pictures)

The number of pictures included depends on your pricing tier. The first 5 pictures are free for items £25 and under. Higher-priced items get more pictures included in their respective packages, up to 50 pictures for premium listings.

No. MarketPlace is for introducing sellers to prospective buyers only. We are not responsible for any transactions. Always meet face to face and inspect items before purchasing. Never send money through post or other means without seeing the item first.

Each listing includes the seller's email address and phone number. You can contact them directly through these methods. We recommend arranging to meet in person to view the item before making any commitments.

Yes, you can edit your listing details, update pictures, and modify the description through your account dashboard. However, changing the price category may affect your picture allocation and require additional payment.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for listing fees. Payment is required upfront when creating your listing, except for free listings (items £25 and under).

You can list most legal items including electronics, vehicles, furniture, clothing, antiques, and more. We prohibit illegal items, dangerous goods, and items that violate our terms of service. Please review our full terms before listing.

You'll receive an email at 60 days with a renewal link. Simply click the link, confirm your listing details, and make payment if required. If you don't renew by day 62, your listing will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Listing fees are generally non-refundable once your listing goes live. However, if there's a technical issue that prevents your listing from being published, please contact our support team within 24 hours for assistance.
